Barc Cutoff will change every year..it will depend on Exam difficulty and Number of applicants each year.

Congrats for achieving this score.your GATE score is good,but for getting admission in IIT,B you need atleast a score above 800.

So, from previous cutoff trends,I think your chances are feeble. But, you will definitely get some new IIT's and old NIT's.
