Hello Rohit, Your chances of getting into IITs totally depends upon their admission cut offs this year, and the factors that affect those cut offs are as follows:
1.  Number of candidates who appeared for the entrance examination.
2. Number of seats that a college has department wise.
3. Difficulty

Iit's cutoff for gate is the minimum score required for admission into mtech programmes across various iit's. Candidates who scored equal marks or more than cutoff of marks of gate iit's will be considered for admission into mtech programmes.

If you are general category student then its really difficult for you to get IITs .You can apply for MS/PHD programmes ,you might get colleges as there are very less number of students who apply for MS .
