In ST category with this score you can expect call from almost all PSU. Some PSUs have started accepting application through gate, apply in them before the deadline.

With these marks you got pretty low chances of getting call from old IITs but if any new IIT is offering this course then you should definitely apply for them.

You have got very low chances of getting into lower NITs but you can get admission in some state universities through ccmt counselling which require low score.

You can get free counselling from Made Easy. Just go to their website and open the counselling portal, enter your details and upload your gate score card. Choose the nearest centre for counselling.

Cutoff changes every year depending on factor such as number of applicants seats and etc.But with your marks and rank you can accept IIT/NIT call.
