I have 990 rank in gate 2019 in civil and belong to obc ncl category.which psus can i apply for

You can aply for all PSU having vaccancy for civil engineers like
AAI, HPCL,IOCL,NFL,NPCIL,NLC,ONGC,PGCIL,THDC, BARC,CIL, HAL, NALCO and many more.
But you have not very strong to definately get any job. It depends on your luck. So apply for all the PSUs.
