yes you can go for christ unuversity banglore for m.tech , as teh college is good and placement over there is also worth it, many of teh top companies visit campus for the recruitment at a good packages.

With 593 as gate score there is very less chance to get seat in geo technical and water resources in IIT BOMBAY as previous year cutoff for geo technical is 650 and for water resources is 620.
