Hello student.
Hope you are doing well.
See CAT stands for common admission test . It is a national exam which is held all over the India. It is the largest exam for MBA.
Whereas GMAT stands for The graduate management admission test. It is a global exam which is held across the nations for MBA.
It is easier to score in GMAT in comparison to CAT. If a person studies with full focus and concentration he can easily achieve 700+ marks.

Hi Bimla,
Since you have pursued your graduation in BBA so I am assuming that you want to apply for MBA degree in Cambridge.
MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (1 YEAR COURSE)
Eligibilty Criteria for MBA degree is as follows:-
Hello Aspirant,
It may not matter much as before 10th ,12th marks ,your undergraduate degree comes and some kind of work experience you had probably done before joining MBA . It may sometimes depends on the specific college and their norms. Do check the specific college criterias you are applying for before registration.
Hope it helps.
Hi,
Well any university abroad tries to select the students who are among the best according to their set guidelines and brings something to their department. Their application review process is very holistic and they try to see everything from academics to non academic to recommendations to test scores to your personal statement. If one part is weak then you need to make the other parts of your application as strong as possible to compensate for the lower part. As long as your application is great overall with a bit of up and downs, you will be able to get in.
I hope my answer helps.
All the best.
Talking with reference to Class 12th Marks, there's no such criteria in GRE/GMAT exams. All you'll need is a valid GRE/GMAT score that'll help you get a better college/University in foreign. But if you'll talk of GATE,since it's an Engineering Aptitude test,it's score is valid in every Indian Institutes & a selected lists of foreign universities also considers admission based on your GATE score, which include National University of Singapore (NUS) and Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore and Technical University of Munich and RWTH Aachen in Germany.
hi,
see to prepare a competitive exam you must be really dedicated and must have a decent routine to maintain your work. however besides your bachelors course and college curriculum you may only invested 3-4 hours a day to prepare for exams like CAT, mat cmat etc. however the syllabus for each of the exams is quite similar to the syllabus but I would suggest you to focus on CAT, since cat score is accepted in most of the Indian Institute. first of all go through the sample syllabus and some of the previous years papers. questions makes from english, logical and quantitative aptitude, reasoning. so you have to prepare the all the sections since sectional cutoff is required for college admission. so from now on dont make tension and try to relax and focus on your studies. another main thing is you have to practice mock questions. now a days various online platform available where you may purchase and give free test.
hope it would help.
Well your gamt score is pretty low considering the fact that you want to study in England. I would suggest you to improve your marks before applying. You can go for Cambridge University or Imperial College London or Oxford University. These are among the top ones offering business and related courses. You can directly visit their website and can check out the admission requirements and guidelines.
I hope this answer helps.
There are business colleges in UK that accept the above GMAT score. Some of them are
Ashridge Business School
LUMS
University of Manchester -Alliance Manchester Business School
Imperial College, London
Warwick Business College and so on.
These are some of the colleges. The details of the college is available at the official websites of the respective college. Top colleges requires more than 600+marks in GMAT (this is only one of the eligibilities required). Also most of the UK universities ask for 2-3 year work experience. If you have any specific college in your mind, go to the official website of the institute and check the guidelines of admissions. All the best.
