The students get the scholarship based on criteria fixed by different organisations which will fund your scholarship. Mostly the companies funding will see your GMAT ,10th ,12th and graduation scores if you want scholarship for funding before admission .
They will also look into various awards or curricular activities in which you have participated . For scholarship might before admission you need to talk to the administration board and for that write an email to the institution mentioning your capibilities ( you can get there mail id from internet ) . Also mention your incapability to pay such high fee so that you can get some concession .
You can also make a call to the administration department. The simple procedure you will have to follow would be your identity card and all the score sheets mentioned above, your father's income details etc which will vary from colleges to colleges . There are loans facilities also at a very low rate .
Some IIM provides scholarship to only 20 top scorer students from the campus . But if you think that the college will not be satisfied with your scores and will not grant you scholarship based on that then the college also fund/scholarship based on their performance in first year and so forth so you should work efficiently in your college years to avail the benefit .
Some scholarships are also been awarded for the students in specific subjects so you need to work hard and try to top in those subject only . There are many scholarships in these colleges where the benefit could be availed by giving competition exam or interview conducted ( OP.JINDAL SCHOLARSHIP is one such example) .
Being a student of any of these IIM 's you are eligible for scholarship which are not provided by college also . There is also fellowship programme where have to pay less fee than prescribed . You can also apply in National Scholarship Portal which is a governmental website which will find scholarship for you with all the mentioned details .
There are various colleges abroad also which take students based on GMAT scores. The eligibility for any scholarship based programme will always be the same YOUR CAPABILITIES . For foreign colleges you can apply for scholarship in Indian companies as well as the scholarship provided by those colleges .
You need to write mail, call up the administration board , you can apply for loan if you get into any of these universities or abroad based universities then the bank will surely provide you loan on lower interest beacause these universities carry a standard with them . You can apply for student loan which will be cheaper.
If you are planning on studying aboard you can also do part time jobs which will help you cover up many costs of your university .

Hey,
GMAC (Graduate Management Admission Council) is the owner of GMAT exam and directs the GMAT fee waiver. You need to fill the GMAT fee waiver form. The applicant might request and get the approval for upto 10 waivers within a period of 12 months. These vouchers waive the GMAT exam fee for the applicant. However, GMAC does not provide fee waivers directly to students, the school act as an mediator to district fee waivers and hence you need to work directly with the school. GMAC provides the fee waivers code to the applicant via a secured email. These fee waivers are usually offered to economically disadvantaged students, but however, it's upto each individual school to decide who gets a fee waiver.
The schools offer fee waivers firstly, to their currently enrolled students or alumni. Secondly, they offer to the applicants to their various business programmes. If you have any further related query, do visit the pathfinder below;
https://www.gmac.com/frequently-asked-questions/fee-waivers
I don't want to discourage you, but it seems like you are thinking of getting into business school to get over your studies once and for all, and let me tell you this is not a good idea. Average work experience of 3 to 5 years is the requirement of the top international programmes.
Nevertheless, you can get yourself enrolled into a Master of Science in Management programme, many top schools such as HEC Paris & University of St. Gallan ( as Master of Arts in Strategic and International Management ) offer these degrees for students with business undergraduate background, which are similar to MBA but do not really require any Job Experience.
As these programmes are pre-experience, more stronger in conceptual study than (1 year) MBA offered by same school.
I hope I've resolved your query, in case of any further doubt, feel free to revert back.
All the very best, have a bright future ahead!!
