Graduate Record Exam
Hello,
Generally, it is not necessary to have any publications in order to gain admission but it does help tremendously during the application consideration process as it helps your candidature stand out amongst the rest of the competition. If the remainder of your profile is attractive, however, then a lack of publications will not hinder your chances of admission.
On the other hand, a good GRE score is necessary. Most universities use GRE scores to determine whether the candidate is capable of meeting the academic requirements of a postgraduate program. Therefore, the GRE score is often used to sieve out students who may be unable to perform post-admission. It is often the first point of contact made between the applicant and the admissions committee apart from the Statement of Purpose. For admission to the top 10 universities, a score above 330 is highly desireable although 325+ scores are also commonly accepted. The Quant and Verbal averages often vary depending upon the program and the minimum requirement for AWA is 3.5 - 4 out of 6.

well it hard to say very exactly as it differs from college to college in looking of score while most of the colleges in US consider GRE only as IELTS is secondary but for safer side have a good score in both of them, since both are equally important

Good Luck!
Despit getting the detault score acheivinng the score of 310 isn't a big deal , need to brush up the english skill and 10th maths basis , which would be more than enough to get you a decent score in GRE , as per doing the Masters in European countries , one not necessarliy need to get above score , could use basic score to get the seat , or you can buy the seat in a private institution
If you’re planning to get into a top graduate program in the US, you would be aware of the importance of a good GRE score. Verbal and Quantitative portions of the GRE are scored between 130–170, and the average score falls somewhere around 150-152. The Analytical Writing section of the GRE is scored between 0 and 6 in half-point increments, and the average hits somewhere around 3.5.And your experience doesn't matter till you are working part-time while doing MS.
Admission requirements, including standardized test requirements often vary with the university and/or country of application. For admission to a PhD program in Physics, generally, both a GRE General score as well as a GRE subject test score in Physics would be an admission requirement.
Please specify your prospective university or country of study for further information regarding the GRE test requirements for admission.

There are actually no scholarships which are awarded based only on the GRE score or for the GRE exam. Instead, scholarships are awarded by taking multiple factors into consideration of which only one criteria is the GRE score. These scholarships are offered by individual universities, national governments as well as external organizations. For most scholarships based on merit, you will usually require a high GRE score (at least 165+ in both quantitative and verbal reasoning).
For further details regarding available scholarships, please specify your university/country of study or program of application.
