YES, you can give JEE mains , since you are eligible for it, because the NTA has removed the 75% Eligibility criteria in JEE mains 2022. So, you only have to pass your class 12th with minimum passing marks in all the subjects, then also you'll be eligible for JEE mains. Recently the National Testing Agency released a notification about JEE Main 2022 on their official website. As per the latest notification, the NTA has removed 75% marks criteria from the minimum eligibility percentage norms.
According to the official notice of JEE Mains and JEE Advanced 2022, there is no 75% barrier for admission to NIT and IIIT for session 2021 to 2022 . You only need to pass at least Class 12.

Since you have not mentioned your category, so I am considering you as a GENERAL Category student. Looking at the previous year GUJCET Cutoff, you must need to score at least a minimum marks of around 120+ out of 200 to get Best and good Government based colleges through GUJCET.
Gujarat rank will be composed of 60% weightage on marks obtained in 10+2 standard qualifying examinations and 40% weightage on marks obtained in GUJCET.

** Now there is no upper age limit for NEET UG.

If I'm not mistaken, your PCM percentile is 97.4 and your GUJCET percentile is 97.11. If this is your result, then it might be a little difficult for you to get IT in LDCE. Last year the closing rank for round 2 was around 855. After the mop-up round was 942. Basically, you need an ACPC rank of 400-900 to get IT. So, if the cut-off decreases a little bit then you may get admission to IT. Hence, you might have to wait for a mop-up round for LDCE.

Yes, While filling neet application form you need to upload scanned photo of your 10th certificate. Now, Yes ,you can upload digital 10th certificate but it depends on its source .
While filling the application form, A scanned copy of the original marksheet is required . However you are not required to send/ courier the original marksheet anywhere.
