Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur
Hello,
GGU Bilaspur does not offer a 2-year BCA. The BCA course in GGU is a 3-year UG programme. If you want admission in BCA for the 2026-27 session, you have to follow the normal admission process.
Admission process for BCA in GGU Bilaspur:
You must pass 10+2 from a recognised board.
You have to appear for CUET-UG , because GGU takes UG admission through CUET.
After the CUET result, you have to fill the GGU admission form on the official website.
GGU will release merit lists and counselling schedules. You have to attend counselling based on your CUET score.
After seat allotment, you must complete document verification and pay the admission fee.
GGU does not have lateral entry or direct admission into 2nd year for BCA. So joining directly in the 2nd year is not possible.
For accurate dates and updates, you should check the GGU admission notifications when the 2026-27 cycle starts.
Hope it helps !
Hello ,
With a score of 354 in NEET under the general category, getting into B.Sc. Nursing at BHU could be slightly challenging but not entirely out of reach. BHU nursing cutoffs for the general category generally around the 400 marks although it can vary slightly depending on the year’s competition and available seats.
If BHU is your preferred choice, do apply, but also consider other reputed nursing colleges within your cut-offs range . Private institutions, state-level government nursing colleges, and deemed universities might offer good programs within your score range. Don’t forget to check the official counseling portals regularly for updates on seat allotment rounds.

Hello there,
With a 3032 ST category rank in JEE Main, your chances of getting a seat in top NITs like Surathkal, Warangal, Rourkela, and Trichy (NITK, NITW, NITR, NITT) depend on a few factors: Based on past trends:
You have a chance to get a seat in these NITs, but likely in lower-demand branches , such as:
Metallurgical Engineering
Civil Engineering
Chemical Engineering
Biotechnology
Production Engineering Chances for top branches (like CSE, ECE, IT):
Very low at these NITs with 3032 ST rank.
You may get these branches in newer or mid-tier NITs instead. Suggestion:
Fill all branch options during JoSAA counselling.
Keep all NITs and IIITs open to maximize your chances.
I would recommend you to use the JEE Mains College Predictor Tool by Careers360 to get the list of possible colleges you can get with your rank.
I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries, feel free to share your questions with us, and we will be happy to assist you.

While the specific highest package for the 2024 drive isn't consistently mentioned across all sources, it's important to note that placement statistics can vary slightly depending on the reporting source and the year. Some sources indicate a highest package of Rs.11.6 LPA for the 2024 graduating batch.
The average placement package at GGU Rajahmundry is generally reported to be in the range of Rs. 3 LPA to Rs.5.75 LPA . This again can vary based on the year and the specific courses. For example, the median salary for UG (4-year) courses in 2023 was around Rs.5.75 LPA.
Several prominent companies regularly visit the GGU Rajahmundry campus for recruitment. Some of the top recruiting companies include: Accenture , Capgemini, Cognizant, TCS , Wipro , Tech Mahindra , Hyundai , Virtusa , Infosys etc.
The university has a dedicated placement cell that facilitates these recruitment drives and also provides training and development programs to prepare students for the placement process.
