GGSIPU is government recognized universities. They accept valid OBC-NCL certificates issued by the government of India if the candidate falls under the cental OBC list. Kindly note that if you fall under state OBC list then you will not get any benefits of reserved category in IPU. Moreover, they have reserved seats only for OBC-NCL candidates. And they need to submit the income certificate of father/family as mandatory.

Yes, you can take admissions in IPU if you have an OBC certificate. An OBC certificate holds a good value of around 27% when comes to get admission to IPU but you need to make sure that the certificate you have should be central valid that means if you are enlisted in the central OBC list then you can apply with the certificate else if your obc certificate is issued by the state government then it does not hold any value in IPU. Also, you should be enlisted under Non- Creamy layer whose family annual salary is less than 8 lakhs.

So, make sure you should have a certificate issued centrally.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you no there is very less chance of getting I.P.U with this percentile as to get top colleges in I.P.U from delhi quota you need to score percentile greater than 70. But you may try your luck sometimes seats gets vacant and students get opportunity in spot round.

The answer is simple "YES".

You can take admission in colleges affiliated with Indraprastha University. If the student qualifies for examination from Delhi and has a Reservation certificate issued from DELHI state specifically for OBC/SC/ST candidates then definitely you can take admission under Delhi Reserved Category.

Also, IPU has an OBC quota of around 27% in total. So ya you can take admission easily.

As per your query , I would like to inform you that if your are getting cse in vellore campus then  it will be very very better option in comparison to jiit noida ,comedk. To very honest placement scenario of GGSIPU main campus and USIT is almost same but the brand value of vit vellore is very good . Moreover, the campus of vit has no comparison due to its infrastucture and latest technology classrooms. Moreover, at 70 percentile you have low chances of getting admission in top colleges of GGSIPU so go for VIT vellore
