Yes you can take admission in Bachelor's of Technology specialized in Computer Science and Engineering but not in good colleges under JoSAA counselling like IITs and NITs because it is mandatory to appear in JEE Mains and Advanced for the same but for other colleges than JoSAA counselling, you can apply for separate entrance exams of the different colleges and take admission into them.

As I can see from their 2017-18 prospectus, application process for most courses offered at GJUST usually begins in the first week of May and closes in the last week of June. Application process is completely online. Although they have their own entrance, for MTech priority is given to candidates with a valid GATE/GPAT score.
