This depends on the course you are opting in gndu.For most of the departments ,there are entrance tests which you have to clear to seek admission .

You can get cse with this rank as the closing rank for general last year was around 160000.The online registration forms are already out . Fill the form and reach gndu for the further counselling process on the fixed date.

Actually, previous year trends CSE cutoff
Last Rank 144400
That's under UR category, that' s for Punjab state (15%).
So based on your percentile, your rank would be around 4-5 lakh so you may not get CSE under the general category but you can try for other branches
