When there is a way, there is a hope. You performed nice. It is possible I guess. But you only know the actual cutoff when you go and sit for counseling once. I would like to recommend that if you have filled for the form and registered for counseling, you should attend it because sometimes luck works! Reach as early as possible and try to enter with first or second batch of counseling. You will get one seat for yourself. Do be prepared to pay the first semester fee on the spot which can be anything between 45–60 k excluding hostel fee. So be prepared with all this stuff so there is no delay in the admission process.

your question is quite incomplete as you hav not mentioned the college you want to chose for msc . the  syllabus might change from college to college .so i couldn't tell you the exact syllabus . however iit jam is the most prestigious exam for msc which i can tell you for now and you can go through the college website in which you are interested in

Admission to B.A + LLB integrated course is on the basis of entrance test conducted by various colleges and universities. To seek admission in government/ state universities candidates have to sit for government and state-level entrance test.

CRL- Common rank list

It is an all india rank list prepared by cbse for jee mains.

It gives a candidate his/ her rank depending on his jee main score and 12 th %age combined out of total number of candidates who had given the exam.For general category crl is considered for admission. 

or in other words CRL stands for common lost rank and yes it is equal to your overall rank in the examination. Whereas NCL stands for national category rank and is equal to your rank within the reserved category.
