Hi Ridhi,
Hope you are doing well,
here is the answer to your question, for the admission in gndu the last rank goes around 1.5 lakh in 2016, and 1.7-1.8 in 2017, in short, to be precise your should be less than 2 lakhs. I am sorry to say that you cannot get admission in cse in gndu because you got 2,80,000 which is above 2 lakhs. But you can hardly try for other courses like ece, civil, mechanical if possible. I hope I have cleared your query. Any other queries are always welcome.
I think it helps you!!!
Keep Smiling:)
*Chase your dream goal*
Wish you good luck!:)
Hi Riya , generally its not possible, and nearly impossible to do so. But, if you were a exceptional student or had a very genuine reason, you could talk to your college authorities and come to an understanding.
What I understood was that you want to take admission in the same college gndu, where you did your first year. If that is the case then your college must be considerate towards you, given that you did your first year there itself, without any year gap. Even if you had a year gap it all depends on how much has the syllabus and curriculum changed since then.
I would not give you any hope in this regard, and would make it sooner to have a conversation with the college regarding the same.
You would have to provide them with apt papers and certificates, when they demand to.
All the best!
