Cut off and opening rank changes every year. Cut off depends on the following factor:
*Total number of registrations
*Difficulty level of exam
*Candidates performance in the test
*Total number of seats available
*Cutoff trends of previous years
*Category of the candidate
Anyone having a rank below 1,50,000 in JEE Mains 2018 was eligible for admission in Guru Nanak Dev University.
So, looking this scenario your chances to get GNDU Amritsar is almost negligible.
