You are at the border line of getting a seat in HBTU. The marks you have mentioned will give you that much rank which may bring you very near to the cutoff but it is tough to seal the spot in HBTU. Home state quota may make things better.

Wait for few rounds in the beginning, please be flexible with your choices and keep some colleges as backup if you aren't getting seat in HBTU.

It is very tough to get a seat in Harcourt Butler as the competition is high for that. Still I'll suggest to have a look if spot round happens.

Rest there are some Central Government colleges which accept students with low scores. Those colleges are, 

GGU BILASPUR

GKV HARIDWAR

HNB GARHWAL

NEHU SHILLONG

You may get a good branch in these colleges. But make sure, before going to these colleges you must be ready for hardwork as you will get the results of what you personally do.

From last year onwards HBTI comes under JEE MAIN. HBTI is one of the top university of UP. The marks required to take admission is     120-130+ for OBC candidate. It may vary year to year because it depends on several factors such as number of students attending counselling, marks and ranks of students and number of seats available in the college.
