Hello Pandey,
It completely depends on your decision. After reading several articles, it was a mixed one and overall will be an above average.
Placements: As admissions in college are done through the UPSEE examination, the college is on the first rank of MBA colleges in UP. It is affiliated to AKTU. Placements in college are average. More than 85% of the students got placed in the pool campus drive. The T&P cell is doing a great job.
Infrastructure: If we talk about the infrastructure of the college, it's not that good. It has one library, one computer lab, and one seminar hall with a seating capacity of more than 500 students. The are volleyball court and badminton court available on the campus, and students play there.
Faculty: If we talk about the faculty and course curriculum, the faculty members are good and frank. They help every student. They play a vital role in the college. Their way of teaching is a little bit different from any other college.
Other: Events like Udbahv, Renaissance, national conferences, and digital marketing conferences are conducted in STEP-HBTI. The college conducts extracurricular activities like sports, cultural, and so on.

Hi Abinnav,

Hi Candidate,
There are fewer chances but still you can give it a try no problem
and try applying for other good colleges too, There are many good colleges for CS Program and Since you're OBC you cant get HBTU
Hello Raghunath,
As you all know that HBTI has been converted into GFTIs (Government Funded Technical Institutes colleges) so it will admit students through jee main. We all know that it has a good reputation for placements. So it is obvious that a lot of students will prefer to get it. And I would like to tell you that it is also better than some NITs.
we can assume that a rank of or around 10k-15k (or about 160–180 marks) could be considered safe for CSE at HBTU K.
Hi, Raghunath! Firstly, lets predict your rank. your predicted rank is around
(100-93.7941415)*900000/100
= 55852
considering as a general candidate,it will be very difficult to get HBTI because as per the admission records last year, the last rank went upto 45000 in Food Engineering. But still, i would suggest you not to lose hope and participate in the admission process as there might be a chance for you to get into HBTI with lower branches, but not higher branches like CSE.
