Hope you are doing great there . The last year cut off for electonics branch in HBTU is given to be 67506 . The additional round cut off is not mentioned on the site , Therefore you can definitely try for electronics seat in physical round but nothing can be said whether you will get your desired branch or not . You can get electrical , civil , mechanical , chemical branches etc in HBTU

It would be better if you explain your query more briefly . First of all ,you haven't mentioned about which exam you have taken and secondly the name of the University should be HBTU instead of HBTI. Well, HBTU , Kanpur offers only B.E / B.Tech  as graduation level and M.Tech , MCA at Postgraduate level . Ph.d degree is also available here !

For securing a seat in HBTU Kanpur, being from UP and OBC NCL Category as well as having Girls Quota Advantage, you need to target atleast a CRL of anywhere between 90-100k in JEE Main. For a Rank between 90-100k, you will have high chances in securing either of Mechanical, Chemical, Civil or Biochemical Engineering. For a Rank of 90-100k, you must have a Corresponding Percentile anywhere between 90-92 in JEE Main.

I would say that among these colleges college tag doesn't matter at all. So, you should opt for GKV haridwar or GGU bilaspur.

But among these two colleges also i will recommend you to go with GKV haridwar EE as this college has a wider scope and better placement stats.
