CBSE is widely recognised and one of the best boad of India, if you study your 10th and 12th from this board you will definitely have advantage in later stages where you have to give entrance examinations for admission in universities and colleges.
Although there will be no difficulty it totally depends on the school to take you in.
Your higher secondary education will be considered in haryana boards after you pass your 11th and 12th from harayan boards.

Haryana board is a state board and the qualifying examination that you have passed is 10+2 so you shall select 10+2 in the qualifying exam field which is in the education details. And in the field of qualifying examination state you shall mention the state in which you have passed in qualifying exam that is 10+2.

For INSPIRE Fellowship after 12th standard, first of all you have to be between 17 to 22 years and have passed your 12th board in 2020 itself. The cutoff of 2020 has not been released yet however for 2019 it was 85.80 percent for Haryana in 12th boards. This year the expected score in Harayan wassupposed to be between 92 to 94%.
