Yes ,he can take admission in Haryana state board after complete his schooling from open school but he have to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria with admission procedure of this college where he wants to take admission. Then only he will able to take admission .

Roll number is printed on your admit card in case if you've lost the admit card please contact your school Principal.

The Haryana board HBSE back in 2019 conducted the improvement exam for secondary and senior secondary on 26 June, 2019. The examination of secondary and senior secondary examination was held in the morning from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. . For this year, you can wait for the offical announcement.

Sorry to say you but it is not possible to give your 10 plus two level examination in the same situation same year from both Haryana board and nios. If you you do like that in any way, you cannot show so both to result at the same time as it is not legal.

As per according to BSEH Chairman result of class 10th is 7% better than the previous year and result was made considering the current situation.
