Dear leaner,
It is based on the income status, all the allied health courses are fee friendly ,but choosing private over government is quite natural, because they have more facilities and more organized.
The cardiac perfusion tech will probably gets opportunity in government hospitals to work as cardiac perfusion.
The average fee starts from 10,000-5lakhs .
All the best

So, your NIOS qualification is valid for any kind of jobs until and unless the job is private and all the terms and conditions are dependent on the owner. And since you are talking about BPO(Business Process Outsourcing) jobs, so now it all depends on the owner of company for whom you want to job. So, do check the eligibility criteria and be clear about your NIOS certification before taking up the job.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!!

Hello,
The 2020 year was not the same for everyone. There were so many ups and downs in life. You said that you haven't gone to school or coaching. There is no problem but you need to understand that with this excuse life will be disturbed because competition exams are going to held in August 2021 and for getting a dream seat you need to study hard. If you think that you can't make it into colleges this year then it's ok, you can take a drop but make sure to work very very hard for your success.
Taking a drop is not a bad idea until or unless you are going to misuse the opportunity. The competition is very high so prepare well. It's high time now, stop wasting time and just study.
All the very best!
