The cutoff changes every year, But by looking at the previous year cutoff I can say that the safe rank for HIT to secure a CSE seat is between 25k-55k. so it's little difficult for you to get a seat but you should apply for the counselling process and hope for the best. You must have minimum 40 percentage (reserved category) to 45 percentage in 10+2 or equivalent exam based on the category you belongs to.
