You less marks so you have very less chances of getting government college but because of the reserve category you might get seat .
There are very few government college in Himachal. So chances are very less
I will suggest you to look for a good Private university.

As you have got 53 Mark's in HPCET and you belong to reserve category in Himachal Pradesh and also you want to get electrical engineering in B.tech, I would like to tell you that because of your reservation, you have a lot of chance to get good government college. You may have to wait till round 2 or 3. Some of the college are Government Engineering College, Rajiv Gandhi Government College, Bells Institute of Technology and Management,Himachal Institute of Technology ,Devbhumy Institue of Engineering and Technology. As you have said that you have got 75.5 marks in Himachal Pradesh common entrance test in B Pharmacy and you belong to general category, you can get government college for sure. The minimum cutoff for last year was 60 Mark's so accordingly you have a good ranking and I suggest you go for counselling. I hope your query is answered.

So you have scored 55 in HPCET. I am sorry to inform you that this performance is below average. You may face difficulty obtaining admission in any government colleges with this result. Dear Tushar we don't have high marks information because I am not able to get information about marks I don't know about merit list cutoff and name of the topper, you can try to get information from cet official website and other information to regarding exam.

The cut off marks for admission to B.Tech programmes is on the basis of JEE Main 2019, HPCET 2019 and 10+2 marks.
According to 2019 cutoff
these are the minimum criteria for eligibility. But to get govt. the college you might have to wait till 2nd or 3rd counseling but as I said it all depends on your JEE and 10+2 marks.

Himachal Pradesh technical university conducts Himachal Pradesh common entrance exam (hpcet) every year for admission of students into colleges with various courses.
HPCET has minimum cut off of 60 marks for general category.
As you scored 89 marks you have fair chances to get into government colleges for b pharm.

As you have stated that you have got 62.5 Marks in HPCET and you belong to OBC category. Now the cutoff for an OBC candidate to get a seat in HPCET is 15% which is 42 Marks. So can appear for counselling. Also you have got good Mark's so yes you have a chance to get in to JNGEC Sundernagar college. You might have to wait till 2nd or 3rd round though.
