No the chances are very less through HPCET because most of the govt. seats in the core and demanding branches are filled by the JEE itself and after that if seats are left you can get the seats but according to the scenario of every years govt. seats are filled
Hello Saurabh, your hpcet marks are not enough for any govenrment college but as per your JEE marks you are eligible for most of the college which take admission on the basis of jee main marks.

If you get this marks in HPCET entrance examination then then it is not so easy to get a government college for admission in b.pharmacy. The cutoff of government colleges are high and at this score you are not get goverment college .

As you have not appeared for HPCET examination then you are not eligible to take part in counselling procedure. Counselling is only for those sudents who have given respective examination and scored a valid rank/score in it. So accordingly you can't apply for Counselling.
