Hello sir, I have scored 71 marks in hpcet and 65 percentile in jee mains. Is there any hope for govt. College in engineering section....
Thanks for asking your query,as per your marks in hpcet you may get Govt college in haryana ,but your Jee mains percentile is low therefore you cannot get admission through it.Therefore I would suggest you to attend the counseling of hpcet .

Before anything could be said about what colleges you can get on the
basis of your score in JEE, you should know that it would be too early
to predict anything. The cut off trends tend to change every year and
same can be expected for this year as well. However, for your given
score, you have a feeble chance to get into a good college. But you can
