no you can not change your course in counselling session because the rank has been alloted to you for teh diffrent course so you can t change the course. all the best have agreat future ahead.

Just read the details given below, and you will get all your answers:

FOR UIIT SHIMLA,

PROS:

1. Government College, so it obviously holds a bit of prestige, over some other private college.
2. Lots of freedom, its upto you how to utilise the freedom and time.
3. The weather of Shimla is great, I mean who wouldn’t like to study in such a serene environment.
4. Eventually, you’ll have to move out to a big city, if you seek a corporate job. So you’ll have a good time here.
5. Placements are fine, if you have it in you, you’ll get through. I got placed in two companies, 3.15L and 6L respectively. 
   
   CONS:
   
   Management needs to improve.
   
   Subjects are a bit outdated.
   
   Some of the staff can be replaced with good ones.
   
   Lack of hostel facility may look like a problem, although I feel living independently is better.
