Hello madan lal,
You can take admission in Himachal govt college through JEE main and HPCET.
you have to score good marks for that.

According to me the following are minimum requirements.
1) 10th marksheet
2) 12th marksheet
3) CET score card.
4) Domicile
5) Category certificate ( if applicable )
