cdac conducts an entrance exam CDAC-CAT for admission in various courses offers by cdac. however in eligibility criteria no mention of B.A degree.
M.Tech / B.Tech / ME / BE in Electronics / Electrical / ET & TC / Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation / Computer Science / M.Sc

Since JNU is a National University, The mode of instructions for the course i.e., Teaching, Classes, etc. is English.
