Gitam Vizag is best for CSE rather than Hindustan University. Because gitam is ranked at 84th by NIRF MHRD Government Of India. Where as hindustan is ranked at 95th by NIRF MHRD Government Of India. The NIRF rankings are given based on the no. Faculty, no. Of students passed , placed, Facilities, infrastructure, etc. As the gitam has better ranking than hindustan, Gitam is only best in all Aspects. The tution fee is around 2,72,200/- per year. The hostel fee is around 70,000/- to 80,000/- per year at vizag campus. The hostel fee is Mostly similar for both boys and girls. The labs are well equipped and maintained. Between these two I would recommend Hindustan University, because it is one of the oldest college in the south. And looking at the course or branch you are willing to opt i.e. CSE in my opinion Hindustan University will be a good choice.

Ph.D from Hindustan University is a very good option because the teachers or you may say the professor's are really helpful in their own kind. Since now you are going to pursue Ph.D I am already assuming that you have clear NET JRF because further if you want to get a scholarship while doing your Ph.D you need to have cleared the NET JRF and it's now even mandatory also to become a professor in college.

Hindusthan university: It is good one for mechanical and electrical engineering. you can get quality education over there. Eco friendly campus. you can get good ambient and exposure to various kinds of people. No drees code so you can dress casually , Good library.Campus placements are not that good if you want to get a job immediatley
Delhi university: This course is truly about passion and love for this language and those who have this can only do justice with this.If you are interested in reading and writing and have a passion of reading novels without making any grammatical mistakes then go for it.It is one of the most opted course in DU.You must be a keen learner of literature and culture if you are going to opt it.
So its up to you choosing the best one depends on your passion for course.
