Look, Majority of regular colleges may restrict the eligibility criteria to have the relevant Hons paper in UG , the paper that you wanna take in MA .

In your case, your UG and PG subject paper is different, I would recommend you to go for distance colleges as those college's eligibility criteria is reduced and generally graduate from any discipline can do MA in any other preferrable  discipline from those Universities/Colleges.
