Hi,

Parliament exerts control over the executive through procedural devices such as question hour, zero hour, calling attention motion,  adjournment motion,  half and hour discussion, etc.. Member of different political parties are elected / nominated to the parliament and committees.

i want to take science. but i am history ma. but i want to join nios science. if i apply nios science after ma all 5 science subject then my old all marksheet will expireor i cannot use arts all marksheet use future for any job? is it right my old all marksheet will expire if i join nios?

If you wish you can obviously use your previous marksheet. If you appear for the NIOS then its not like that, your all certificates will expire. But if you choose a course after your science which is science based and if you wish to get a job through it then

Yes, you can do two degrees at the same time but one degree needs to be from regular mode and another from Distance Learning mode, as UGC has approved that a student can Pursue two degrees at the same time but the mode of delivery of both the degrees
