The eligibility criteria for the Master's degree in arts is that the student must have done bachelor's in any stream from a recognized university with minimum passing marks.
So, you can apply for the master's degree in arts in any domain after completing your bachelor's degree in history.
Hyderabad University is tentatively scheduled to release application form for University of Hyderabad 2021 admission online in the first week of April but it is not yet released. The application window will remain open until the last week of June on the university’s official website uohyd.ac.in. As of now the application from is not yet released. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. Due to the current situation in India there is a delay in release of application from. The officials have not yet released any information regarding the release of application form.
The eligibility criteria to pursue M.A Psychology in Tripura University is that a candidate must have passed BA/BSc. (Hons/Pass) in Psychology or any other subject other than language groups from a recognized board. Candidates who are currently in the final year of the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply for admission provided that he/she must pass in the qualifying exam on or before the cut off date and obtain the certificate. For M.A in linguistics, North Eastern Hill University, you must have completed Bachelors in any major along with minimum 55% marks for general category, while there is a relaxation of 5% for reserved categories. Along with that, you will have to appear for an entrance exam for the same too.

University of sikkim offers 2 years pg course i.e M.A/ m.sc In Psychology, the total seat intake is 22.
the eligibility criteria is Candidates must have completed any Hons. Graduate course from a recognized education board with 45% marks or students must complete pass course with 56 % from a recognized education board.
Admission is based on merit list by analyzing marks / CGPA obtained in qualifying examination / last examination .

As per the eligibility criteria for MA in History program offered by JNU. the candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in any discipline under 10+2+3 education pattern with at least 50% marks in aggregate of all the subjects but you are in education patter of 10+3+2 so there is contradiction between both the conditions, and also on the other hand Diploma is considered as equivalent to 12th according to which you should be considered as eligible for MA in History program.
