I dont think there is any refund after the counseling process. As well as you have also verified your doccuments too. For this you need to conact the main university may be they will provide you some solution. So kindly contact them and ask for the refund of fees. As

I think you are referring to St. Andrews Joint Entrance Examination (SAJEE) here. In St. Andrews college, there isn't any specialized course offered in hospitality. There is only a generic BBA that you can go for, but it isn't focussed on hospitality studies.
