Yes, you are eligible for the UGC NET exam because to apply for NET exam candidates must have masters’ degree from the approved and recognized universities and IGNOU is a UGC approved University.

But you have to fulfill the basic requirements of the UGC NET . You should have minimum 55% aggregate marks in post-graduation and 5% relaxation will be provided to the reserved candidates.

To apply for JRF your age must not exceed 30 years or if you are from SC/ST/PWD/OBC candidate then you will get 5 years age relaxation.

For assistant professor no age criteria is applicable.

Candidates who have secured at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in Master s Degree OR equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognised by UGC in Humanities (including languages) and Social Science, Computer Science &Applications, Electronic Science etc. are eligible for appearing in the exam. The eligibility cut off for SC, ST, OBC, PWD candidates is 50 %.
