No you are not allowed to install our own WIFI as the hostel provides its own WIFI. VIT, Vellore campus has 24 Hostels. Out of which 18 blocks are boys’ hostels and the rest are girls’ hostels. The blocks, in total, cater to over 22,000 residents every year. First aid centre, pharmacy, photocopy service, food kiosks, gymnasium (AC & Non-AC), swimming pool, sport amenities, laundry service, Wi-Fi service, beauty salon, tailoring unit, driving, dance and music classes, utility shop and visitor rooms are provided in the hostel. Students are also given the privilege to give suggestions to improve the hostel facilities.

Hello, the campus offers free WIFI connection across its premises so it will be unnecessary to have a personal router. Also installation by private parties will not be allowed since the vit network is an ethernet system and has its own access limitations. You can have a personal modem if needed along with you. Go the BJB College website and slide down a little you will see a column named Important notifications. Click on that tab and you will be able to see all notifications that have been issued by the college in regards to students as well as faculties. I don't find any notice till now.

I would like to tell you that the hostel of Andhra University is quite good, its fees is considerably lower than other hostels, it is well maintained and facilities provided by the hostel are good.

Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that if you want to take admission to respective college's hostel only. Then chances are slightly more towards IPCW as you have mentioned that it has two hostels and based on the percentage also, admission into IPCW hostel has better chances. IPCW is a well known college of Delhi University with good faculties and exposure to students. You can definitely go for this college.

Yes, Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology has hostel facility but it is not close to the SNIST campus. It is in Ghatkesar which few kilometres away from the college. It is half kilometre behind the Ghatkesar Bus stand. It has 65 four bedded rooms and 7 two bedded for accommodation out of which 27 rooms are four bedded rooms and 2 rooms are two bedded rooms are for girls. Strength of girls hostel is 112 and boys strength is 162. Girls and boys are provided with separate accommodation. Transport facility is provided.

In Andhra University two girls hostels and one boys hostel are present. And due to research hostel facility good.

But after join the hostel i want to give you honest advice dear. I'm a hostel student so i know it how's the hostel. They said food was good but trust me in every hostel for every colleges food not good at all. And real life hostel huge difference than movie like hostel.

So just prepared your self before join the hostel.

While taking admission you have to choose for hostel facility and then there is a separate procedure further.

Hostel facility is available to both boys and girls, though for a limited number of students. Students from outside Visakhapatnam can seek admission into the hostels by applying to the Chief Warden of the Hostels.

There is a good hostel facility in Andhra university, provided by University  not only for PG students but also for all branches in Andhra university. So, no need to worry, if u got a seat In University. You would join a hostel with good facilities and high security. However, you may have to go through an interview process, for the allocation of hostel. Preference also depends upon your 10+2 marks, your entrance exam scores and merit.
