Not only the marks but also your category plays an important role in determining the college and rank. So i assume that you are from open category and As per the marks that you had mentioned in ipe and eamcet, your rank may be between 24,000 to 28,000.

There is no separate hostel for different courses . The hostel provides five seaters(only for boys),  three seaters, four seater, two seater(only for boys), one seater(only for boys). The rooms are separated by AC and Non AC room. The fee structure vary depending the seaters and ac or non ac room.

The allotment of Hostel for B.A. in BHU follows the following criteria:

1. If your home lies within 10 kilometres of the Campus, you won't be alloted the hostel.
2. Also, there is 22% quota for SC/ST students, and no reservation for OBC. Last year, students with merit index around 230 and above were alloted the hostel.

Therefore, it cannot be said with certainty whether you can get a hostel at BHU or not. Also, it depends on availability of rooms.

there is a hostel in DR. ambedkar institute of technology for girls. and yes, it is available for handicapped and not just btech biotechnlogy, any dept girls can avail the facility of hostel.
