hey I scored 24 marks in my 12th hsc board examination but the passing marks is 35 I have passed in all other subjects but I failed in maths will I get the grace marks to pass?

Mimansa 17th Aug, 2020
Greetings aspirant!

Grace marks are usually provided before result is declared. After the declaration of result no grace marks are awarded to students. You will have to give compartment exam instead.

Recently Bihar board allowed awarding of grace marks to students of Bihar board who failed in any subject due to covid 19 situation, but other boards haven't annouced any such thing yet. Their are demands going on, to give grace marks for failed students, but their is no decision yet. As of now you will not get grace marks, you will have to sit for compartment.

Hope you find it helpful.
Thankyou!

Which bifocal subject should I choose for my HSC borad, Electrical maintenance or Electronic ? Iam preparing for Borads and jee.

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 16th Aug, 2020

hi,

see it depends on your interest for any particular course. if you have interest for current electricity and electrical instruments you may take electrical maintenance as bifocal or vocational subject. however it would increase your knowledge of physics which is related with electrical engineering, electromagnetism etc. which help you in near future if you chose engineering in relevant stream. however this subjects has no special significant roles in jee main or any other entrance or board exam. for entrance exam for engineering you have to study physics chemistry and mathematics and for good score you have to master the three subjects. so now it depends on you whether you are capable of taking extra subjects or not beside preparation of board exam and jee mains exam.

hope you may understand.

hi I have passed hsc exams securing 70% with subjects phy.chem.and..bio. My group has been qualified scoring 196..I belong to OBC category ...May I get admission from meritlist in a government college

SUDESHNA PANDIT 25th Aug, 2020

Hello,

First of all congratulations to you for completing your +2 level successfully. In your question you did not mention in which course you want to apply. If you want to choose general degree courses then cut off is different for different colleges depending on college's rank and competition. For admission you have to fill the application form first. Almost all the colleges publish 3 or 4 merit list for different category students. So, you have to wait with lot of patience. You may get admission in Government colleges. But at first check the cut off of previous year of the college. Wish you all the best.

saheli samaddar 16th Aug, 2020

Hello,

First of all congratulations for your achievement.

I would recommend you to apply in other good colleges as well. Besides this, you can just wait for the third list to come out. If you get selected then you can easily take admission there otherwise you can move to some other colleges.

For further details you can visit the link given below.

Good luck.

My question is can we give 12th HSC supplementary exam for 1 subject from outside means after taking out LC?

Sohamsengupta8 25th Aug, 2020

Yes there is a process. You can appear for one subject in July and can clear the exam and get result. In the month of October you can also appear and clear the one subject. But in this case you will get two separate marksheet which the student want to hide their failure. So it will be better for you to appear one time and clear the exam of one subject in AC HSC . Hope for the best.

I have scored 78% in maharashtra state board hsc 2020 is there a chance of getting a call for ssb interview for tes of indian army

Rayan Rego 23rd Aug, 2020

TES stand for Technical Entry Scheme and if you get selected you have a 5 year training and after completing it you will be awarded a officer job in the Indian Army. The eligibility criteria is as follows , you must have passed 10+2 with minimum of 70% in Science with PCM subjects and must be of 16½ years and above 19½ years .

The cutoff will be based on the cutoff percentage decide by the governing organisation. Since you have got 78% I expect you noy to expect any call from the officials because there will be many many candidates who have scored more than that and normally the cut off is about 85%.

Sorry but this is truth.

Thank you.

Hello aspirant
There are less chances to register once again to your branch for same year or you have to change the branch and then apply for other branch. You can apply for other fields and there are chances to get the admission and hope all goes well. You can check it through careers360 college predictor.I have gave the link below, have a look.
