If i persude BBA (HRM) FROM BALAJI COLLAGE OF ARTS ,SCIENCE AND COMMERSE CAN I ALSO PERSUDE MBA FROM BALAJI PUNE SEAT WITHOUT ANY EXAMINATIO

Deepali Bansal 30th Apr, 2019

HELLO SAURAV,

According to your question as you have asked that if you pursue your BBA from (BCACS) then will you be

able to do MBA from the same college or not so first of all the college not provides the M, B, A

programme and if in case will provide then also you have to appear for the masters entrance

programme as it’s a master’s programme and has its own eligibility criteria so you have to appear for

this.

B.B.A. is a three year undergraduate programme which aims at developing a student’s intellectual ability,

executive personality and managerial skills through an appropriate blending of general education with

business. It helps the student in understanding business and corporate environment around him, in

developing the unique leadership qualities for successfully managing business operations, an

organizational unit or an enterprise. This programme caters to the needs of the young talented and bright

persons who have completed 10+2.

Course Objective: This course is designed for those, who are seeking to prepare themselves for

managerial responsibilities. This will help them to develop their ability to recognize and solve problems

and understand the role of business in the ever changing scenario.

Eligibility for Admission: Candidates seeking admission to this programmed must have passed 10+2

(or its equivalent) examination from a recognized Board with at least 45% from any stream with English

as one of the subjects. Diploma holders in Pharmacy/any diploma of three years (after SSC) are also

eligible.

Placements: As I suggest Bajaj is a good college for studies n placement wise you will get an internship summer

project and at the last year you will get a chance to sit for a placement for different companies. All students will get

equal chance of being selected.

Infrastructure: Balaji has a good infrastructure. And it stands second in infrastructure facilities. In Pune. As

compared to different college. It has well maintained library, sports ground, computer labs, Science labs and foremost

well maintained classrooms with biometric system of attendance.

Faculty: Faculty in Balaji is very good as compared to different colleges in Pane. Faculty treats every student as a

same. No partiality is done. All courses are made easy by faculty itself. Various courses are offered here such as

BBA B.Com. LAW, etc. And all courses are reached by various professionals.

The students get an average package of Rs. 15000 to 20000. The companies like TCS, Lotte Choco Pie, and Godrej

come for placements. They offer job profiles of marketing and back-office jobs. The students are having the financial

background and HR background face difficulties in placements.

HOPE IT HELPS

What is the scope of MBA IN HRM in todaysscenario?

Veeralkumar Thakur 29th Apr, 2019
Hello,

A job of a Human Resource Manager is much more complicated than it is perceived by the Indian society. Other managers have machines, processes and time to manage but an HR manager needs to manage people and their expectations.

There courses available for e-learning the basic courses which would give you a chance to learn the fundamentals of Human Resource Management. Like Organizational theory and design, Behavioral science.Legal issues in HR management., Performance management and assessment, Employee training and development, Compensation and benefits and few others.

From Master's Degree point of view, an MBA in HR will give the edge for unlocking the true potential of an HR. As per historic data XLRI is been one of the top tier B-school for Human Resource Management. Followed by IIM Indore' s new HR program launched PGP-HRM, you can get more details about it in the link below,
https://www.iimidr.ac.in/academic-programmes/post-graduate-programme-in-human-resource-management-pgp-hrm/
The specializations in other top tier B-schools like IIM A B C are too of great importance. But the industry has a soft spot for HR manager recruitment through the known schools.
These top B-schools develop the finest HR managers which are wanted by the industry.

All the best!

Nikita Akhuli 23rd May, 2019
According to my understanding bcom is more promisong than bavoc. With 93 percent you will get bcom easily in du by the second or third cutoff.

I would suggest you should apply for both and act wisely.

Shubham 9th Apr, 2019

Bro , I would suggest you to do MBA after your graduation if you are intrested in to beagin your carrier with high salary. For that you need to complete minimum 3 years of graduation in the filed you are intrested, then prepare for entrances such as CAT,XAT,TISS etc....if you score well and perform well in interviews . you will have a beautiful carrier ahead if you landed in good college. My personal favourite is TISS , it is one of the best institute for HR management studies with the fee of hardly 25000 for 2 years and a package of 15 lakhs avg.
