Hi Siri
M.A. HRM is a 2-year full-time postgraduate course, the minimum eligibility for admission to which is the successful completion of graduation in any stream, preferably related to management, completed from a recognized university.
Top Institutes offering this course are:
Womens Christian College, Chennai
Jamia Milia Islamia University, New Delhi
University of Madras, Chennai
TISS, Mumbai
University of Kerela
Admission to the course is based on the candidates performance in a relevant entrance test. Some institutes, however, grant admission on the basis of merit obtained by the candidate at the level of graduation.
The course is best suited for eligible candidates aspiring for employment in multinational companies, corporate houses, banking and financial institutions, across both public and private sectors.
Human Resource Managers are responsible for sourcing eligible candidates for appointment in an organization towards the eventual fulfillment of the organizations long-term goals. Often referred to as Soft Managers, Human Resource Managers are entrusted with the responsibility of keeping the employment scheme in tandem with the organizations professional goals.
Such postgraduates are hired in capacities such as Human Resource Manager, Assistant Manager, Executive Human Resource, Sales and Business Development Manager, Quality Control Manager, Product Development Executive, Production Manager, Benefits Analyst, Human Resource Generalist, Payroll Manager, etc. Banking and financial institutions, corporate houses, hospitals, etc. are popular areas of employment for such postgraduates.
The average fee charged for the course in India ranges between INR 2,500 and 45,000, and the average annual salary offered to such professionals ranges between INR 2 and 10 lacs, increasing with the candidates experience and expertise.

I don't want to lost the opportunity (tcs)****
If you do MBA from above institutes in HR it has more value than Double degree.Believe me This institutes have tremendous Reputation In india as well as international.& If you don't want to.lose your Opportunity..Then Work for 2 years In TCS.and start your preparation simultaneously..Then TCS gives Sabbatical leaves To Their employees..-It.means You dnt have to resigned From. The company You are on Without Pay leaves For 2 years..& If after MBA you will get better opportunity then You can leave TCS, Otherwise Join It with new Package..
Ok sir thanks alot but I Can't effort that much for studying in B.school .. is this good for done mba privately and masters in hr regularly after two years ..is the certificate have value which was does in privately...??
Noo.What matters..You will learn same Things again & again..Its waste of Time To do MBA twice in Same field..it creates negative impact on Recruitr
