As mentioned in notification of ibps clerk, the age of candidate should be in between 20 to 28 for general category, 5 years relaxation for sc/st and 3 years for obc.The age of candidate is counted till 1july 2021. Your date of birth is may 1994 ,age is 27 years and some days ,so you are eligible for this exam.

You are not eligible to appear for IBPS SPECIALIST OFFICERS recruitment for the post of HR/Personnel Officer. The Education Qualification requirement for the post is that you must have passed Graduation and Two Years Full time Post Graduate degree or Two Years Full time Post Graduate diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ HR / HRD/ Social Work / Labour Law from a recognized board.
As you do not have the required Educational Qualification you are not eligible to apply for IPBS SPECIALIST OFFICERS recruitment.
