ICAR AIEEA 2020 exam dates have not been declared by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Due to COVID-19 pandemic, ICAR AIEEA 2020 has been postponed for both UG and PG course admissions. As per the earlier shared dates, ICAR AIEEA (All India Entrance Examination for Admission ) was to be conducted on June 1, 2020 .

Plant breeding

Genetics, plant pathology

microbiology

seed science & technology

economic botany.  To prepare these topics well you can refer to these books:

ICAR do not conduct exam for veterinary course presently. ... If you want to pursue bachelor degree in veterinary then go for NEET .else apply for state veterinary entrance exams for state colleges .

The last date of application for ICAR AIEEA 2020 Examination was 30 June, 2020 (5pm) which is gone 24 days back. So, now you can't apply for ICAR AIEEA 2020 Examination.

You have completed your BSc in biomedical biotechnology from private college. Yes, you can do MSc in biotechnology from JNU or other universities. You may need to satisfy some other criteria as well.

The basic eligibility criteria required for ICAR PG examination is that the Candidates must have completed their graduation in a related field from a recognised college/ institute. 10+2 education from CBSE or any other recognized board in English medium with at least any three Science subjects out of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. And you meet this. So you are eligible provided you also meet the other criteria like age limit and others.
