Yes you can upload transfer cum conduct certificate as some colleges and schools do not provide separate conduct certificate. It won't cause any problems.

Anyways, the minimum cutoff for qualifying ICAR AIEAA for the following categories are- for SC, it's 250-300; for ST, it's 200-250; for General, it's 300-350; for EWS/OBC, it's 300-320. You need to score at least 40-50% of the total marks in order to get qualified in the entrance test.
