It is quite difficult at this stage to comment whether you would get fisheries or not , since the merit list and and the official cutoff of various colleges and courses is not yet out. Fisheries is also an upper pick among the aspirants so the chances of you getting it is quite grim
However
Based on previous year cut off, you can get B.Sc. Agriculture in the following colleges -

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, For getting seat with score in ICAR 2020 General category students need to score 50% and SC category students need to score 40% minimum, So with your percentage you can definitely try for colleges through ICAR , but it is difficult to say that you have chance for government college you can try for some private college instead.

To correct this mistake you have to get an affidavit copy of your birth certificate and admit card should be attached with your application for to correct the mistake has been done in your rank card . Your father should have to give to give a declaration in court paper that you are the son of specific name of father and a copy of this declaration and it should have to submit official the authority of the college you have alloted for admission. Through this process of correction your rank card will be corrected. For more information you can click on the official website of respective examination authority.
