ICAR
Hi,
Your marks are too low for getting a college in BSc agriculture from ICAR exam . The cutoffs are generally higher and for general category then your marks should be above 380 or 400 to get a seat in good colleges .It would be better if you could provide your category. Rather you may try applying for private colleges

Hello aspirant,
For your ICAR rank it is difficult to get seat based on previous year's cut-offs. Cut-offs varies from year to year and may increase or decrease or may remain same. They depend on many factors. But you can try for seat by applying for Counselling and if you won't get one then go for Paid or Management quota seats.
You can go through their official website using below link.

Hello Jahan,
It is difficult to predict because cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like
---> Caste Category of the students
---> Number of students appeared in the exam
---> Difficulty level of the exam
---> Number of seats available, etc.
You have not mentioned your Caste Category, so I'm considering it as General Category and providing information based on it.
You have less chances of getting B.Sc Agriculture seat in ICAR in Kashmir for your ICAR rank based on previous year's cut-offs.

For your ICAR AIEEA rank it is difficult to get B.Sc Agriculture seat in Government Colleges but you can try by applying for counselling and you can even try for seat in Private Colleges or Management quota seats in good Colleges.
To expect a government seat through ICAR you must have scored marks above 300,
Since your score is 130,it becomes quiet difficult to expect a seat in any course in private or government medical college
Yet, you should try for the counselling rounds.
Hope this helped.
Good luck
