It is a like a category, that includes the passout candidates from the states who do not have their own State Agricultural University (usually north Eastern regions). With the marks of 273 in ICAR and belonging to the OBC category, the chances of getting a seat is quite low as your marks are quite low enough. You have to score more than 50% approximately more than 360 marks to get a Good rank for a good university.
