Yes You can do. Your degree won't be discarded. It's just that You won't be eligible to appear in ICAR AIEEA pg exam for studying MSc in any ICAR recognised Govt colleges. But can continue with higher studies in private colleges, also can apply for reputed colleges like bhu, IIT etc. And your career will completely depend on you. You can crack any Govt entrance exam to get a job or you have to struggle by applying and giving interviews in private companies. Some private colleges also provide placements.

The expected cutoff of of ICAR AIEESA UG Examination is given below as follows:
Candidates who belong to Unreserved/General Category require at least 300 to 350 marks to get government seat in ICAR AIEEA UG.
Candidates who belong to Other Backward Castes (OBC) require 300-320 marks and candidates who belong to Scheduled Caste (SC) require 250 to 300 marks.

Indian council of agricultural research All india entrance Examination (ICAR AIEEA) is conducted for admission into various UG and PG courses.
Eligubility for UG:
candidates must have passed 12th from any recognised board with minimum of 50% (general and OBC) and 40% (SC/ST/PC).
Minimum age limit is 16
Exam pattern: Total 120 MCQs(480 marks) with 4 Marks and each question. And -1 negative marking for wrong answer.
The ICAR AIEEA for UG courses is being conducted on Sepember 7, 8 and 13.
Coming to your question, yes you can write ICAR irrespective of what other entrance exams you have attempted. They are not inter related to each other. You can give ICAR if you match the eligibility.

ICAR AIEEA 2021 Eligibility Criteria must be full-filled by the candidates to be eligible to fill the online application form. National Testing Agency (NTA) organizes the AIEEA (All India Entrance Examination for Admission). It is a national level entrance exam to offer admissions in UG and PG courses.
The age of the candidate should be 16 years as on 31st August 2021.
Qualifying Exam: Candidates must pass the 10+2 or equivalent examination from CBSE or any other examination within scope and standard found to be equivalent to the Senior Secondary Examination of a recognized Indian Board/university after a period of 12 years of study. The medium of instruction in the admitting University will be English.
Subjects: Physics, Chemistry and any one of the subject from Biology/Home Science/ Mathematics/Agriculture are the subjects having in the qualifying exam.
Minimum Marks: General/OBC /UPS category candidates have to obtain the 50% for and 40% SC/ST/PC category candidates.
Appearing Candidates: Appearing candidates can also eligible but, they have to produce the proof of qualifying examination.
Candidate having a compartment/supplementary in any of the subjects will not be eligible unless proof of having cleared the examination with requisite percentage.
