Through ICAR you can't take up vetenary courses for that AIPVT: All India Pre-Veterinary Test (AIPVT) is conducted by the Veterinary Council of India. The test is vouched by candidates seeking admissions into veterinary courses like B.V. SC.

AIPVT 2021 Eligibility Criteria

It should be noted that the eligibility criteria as prescribed by the authority should be fulfilled by candidates. Some of the basic eligibility conditions which should be met by aspirants can be checked below.

• Candidates must be a citizen of India. Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) cardholder, Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) will be eligible to fill the application form of AIPVT 2021.

• An aspirant must have completed 17 years of age as of December 31, 2021. The upper age limit should be 25 years only. Candidates from OBC, ST and SC categories will be provided with an age relaxation of five years.

• All candidates from the unreserved category must have secured an aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology and English. While aspirants from SC/ST/OBC category must have obtained 47.5% in total.

AIEEA 2021 is a computer-based test that is administered online. The question paper has 150 questions and is worth 600 marks. The question paper is of the objective kind. The question paper will be accessible in two languages: Hindi and English.

Candidates have 2 hours and 30 minutes to finish the question paper. Each question is worth the same amount of points. For each accurate response, candidates will receive four points. A provision for negative marking is included. Each incorrect response will result in a one-point reduction.

Yes, you are eligible for ICAR examination even if you have failed in Maths.

This is because,

Though  you have failed in your maths optional subject , you are overall pass with 5 subject in your class 12th board exam  and your result status on your mark sheet or certificate is  pass.

So, don't worry you are eligible for ICAR exam provided you fulfill the rest of the criteria

ICAR eligibility criteria provided below:-

* Qualifying Exam: - you should be either appearing for your class 12th board examination or should have passed it from a recognised board.

* Minimum percentage : if you are from General or OBC category then you must get at least 50% marks or if you are from SC / St / PC category then you must get least 40% marks in 12th board examination.

The ICAR AIEEA 2020 counselling will begin in October 2021. Candidates must first register on the ICAR counselling website in order to participate in the process. Counseling will take place entirely online. Candidates must pay a fee of Rs.400 to register for ICAR AIEEA 2020 counselling online.

Following registration, candidates must choose programmes and institutions depending on their interests and admission exam scores. Based on the option filled, the council will distribute a maximum of four seat allocation lists. Candidates must download the provisional admission letter and claim their admission by visiting the campus and paying the entrance fee when the seat allotment list is released.

In July, the National Testing Agency (NTA) will start the ICAR AIEEA 2021 admission procedure. The ICAR AIEEA 2021 application form will be accessible on the NTA ICAR's official website, icar.nta.nic.in. The deadline to submit an application for the ICAR AIEEA 2021 will be in August. The ICAR AIEEA 2021 admission card will be published in September.

In September, the ICAR AIEEA 2021 will be held for admission to UG, PG, and Research programmes. Candidates who pass the ICAR AIEEA exam will be eligible for admission to one of 75 agricultural universities, which include 64 state agricultural, veterinary, horticultural, and fisheries universities, four ICAR Deemed Universities, three Central Agricultural Universities, and four Central Universities with Faculty of Agriculture.

Marking stats are for every correct answer you will score 4 marks and for wrong one you will deduct -1, and totally for 600 marks .
