The education qualification requirement is as follows

For Undergraduate course

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 from CBSE Board or any other examination recognized by Indian Board/University.Candidates belonging to General, OBC and UPS category must have passed with minimum 50% marks in aggregate, for candidates belonging to SC, ST and PC category must have passed with minimum 40% marks in aggregate.

For Postgraduate course

• Candidate must have passed bachelor’s degree from a recognized board.Candidates belonging to General, OBC and UPS category must have scored least 60% marks in aggregate and for candidates belonging to SC, ST and PC category it is minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
  
  

So depending on your category you need to scored the respective percentage of marks corresponding to the course you want to apply.

For a decent college you have to score at least 450+ here are some statics of some best college

512–490 bhu (ias)

490–478 gb pantnagar

478–468 hisar

These are the top 3 college of India so better Yu score in the xam you will definitely get a chance to study in these and for any college 380+ is enough .

Indian council of agricultural research or ICAR each year conducts examination to get into the UG courses in various agricultural universities and courses. You only can apply for us during the time of application form filling. Sorry to say you but it is is not possible to apply for that after the result. Minimum Cut off for ICAR AIEEA

SC                                                  250-300 .

ST                                                  200-250 .

General                                        350-450 .

OBC                                              300-400 .

Sorry to say but you cant get any good college with such a poor marks.Generally you can expect admission in a good college with above 300 marks.You can still try with this marks through management quota in some private colleges but chance is fairly low that you will get an college through counselling.

Prepare hard nest time and give your best.

Let's go deep into this by understanding one and the fore most important factor that is cut off so accordingly the cutt-off for ST is around 200-250 and let me mention I'm talking about last year cutt-off so according to the cut-off you can definitely go for this. As per your question according to your marks your rank would be in around 5.5k to 6k . As you didn't mentioned your category so am considering you under general category. So as per general category you should have around 50 percent of total marks to qualify in this exam which you have. So as per this rank you may get colleges like:-

1) Rani Laxmi Bai Central Agricultural University (RLBCAU), Jhansi

2) Central Agricultural University, Imphal

3) Nagaland University, Sasard

These are some of the colleges which you may get as per your given marks and rank.
