Sorry, but a big NO. With such less marks in ICAR AIEAA 2020, you can't even get into colleges for B.SC Agriculture, Horticulture or Forestry. You didn't mention your category also. Anyways, the minimum cutoff for qualifying ICAR AIEAA for the following categories are- for SC, it's 250-300;

No there will not be any Problem because Both are different Counselling.
The Counselling Conducted by MCC is only applicable for MBBS & BDS Courses.
While The Counselling Conducted by ICAR will be applicable for Agriculture and Horticulture Courses.
